New Coaching and Webinars to Support Dads and the Workplaces Around Them

At Dad Coach, I’ve spent years working with men as they step into one of the most important and identity-shifting roles of their lives: becoming a dad. The stories they’ve shared, the challenges they’ve navigated, and the desire they’ve shown to be fully present at home and effective at work have all shaped the next evolution of Dad Coach.

Today I’m excited to launch two new offerings:

  • Coaching packages for working dads and the leaders who support them
  • A new series of six webinars to build father-friendly workplaces

These offerings are designed for modern organisations that recognise parenting as more than a private matter — it’s a workplace and leadership issue too.

Why This Matters

We’ve come a long way from the days when becoming a dad simply meant disappearing for two weeks and returning with a few stories of sleepless nights. Today’s fathers are more involved than ever — and they’re asking bigger questions:

  • How do I stay connected at home and continue to grow my career?
  • How do I redefine success now that more people are counting on me?
  • What kind of dad do I actually want to be?

These are not small questions. And they don’t get answered in a single lunch break or policy document. That’s where coaching and thoughtful organisational support comes in.

Coaching Packages: Support That Sticks

I’ve designed two focused coaching packages:

1. Coaching for Dads

For expecting or new fathers who want time and space to reflect, reset and reconnect.
We explore things like:

  • Planning and making the most of parental leave
  • Redefining ambition and identity
  • Managing the return to work
  • Values, rhythms and relationships

2. Coaching for Leaders of Dads

For people managers who want to show up well for new parents on their teams.
We cover:

  • How to support dads before, during and after parental leave
  • Having better conversations about care, flexibility and performance
  • Building trust and avoiding unconscious bias
  • Role-modelling father-friendly leadership

Each package includes multiple sessions, flexible timing, and practical tools. These aren’t generic coaching conversations. They’re designed for real-world moments of transition.

Webinar Series: 45 Minutes That Can Shift Culture

The new Dad Coach webinar series includes six live, interactive sessions that can be delivered virtually to workplaces big or small.

Three sessions are for organisations and leaders, helping them:

  • Understand why supporting dads matters
  • Lead well through parental leave
  • Build a father-friendly culture

Three sessions are for working dads, helping them:

  • Plan their leave and return to work
  • Explore the kind of dad they want to be
  • Navigate identity and connection with confidence

These webinars are designed to spark reflection, shift assumptions, and give practical strategies that stick. They’re a great entry point for organisations wanting to move from policy to culture.

The Return on Doing This Well

When we support dads at work, we don’t just help them. We help their teams, their partners, and their performance.

The benefits are clear:

  • Stronger engagement and retention post-leave
  • More inclusive and human workplace cultures
  • Better leadership at all levels
  • Healthier families and stronger communities

And perhaps most importantly, we give men the chance to be the dads they truly want to be.
